Microbes and soil environment

Numerous microorganisms are living in the soil, and different dominant groups can create different soil environments. According to the main microbial species in the soil, the soil can be divided into the following types:
(1) Pathogenic bacteria in spoilage soil fungi predominate. In this case, the use of fresh organic matter with high nitrogen content is harmful. Today's average soil is more than 90% corrupt. Inorganic nutrients are insoluble, soil compaction, physical properties are poor, and rice field gas production is significant. The extensive application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, especially soil disinfectants, will cause the microbial phase to lose its balance and cause corruption of the soil.
(2) Net bacteria soil Soils that produce antibacterial substances and soil diseases and pests are difficult to generate are called bacteriostatic soils. In this soil, the activity of antibacterial substances such as Penicillium, anti-trichomoniasis, and streptomyces is strong, the percentage of pathogenic bacteria in fungi is less than 5%, and the occurrence of pests and diseases is less.
In this soil environment, even if high-nitrogen fresh organic matter is thrown in, no rancid odor will occur. After the organic matter is decomposed, there is a special odor of the forest topsoil, the soil is loosely granulated, and the water permeability is good, and the disease is not easy to occur. However, this type of soil has low productivity, and if it is combined with synthetic soil, it can produce high productivity.
(3) Fermentation soil In this type of soil, Lactic Acid bacteria and yeast are the main components, and fermentation-type microorganisms have an advantage. If you use fresh organic substances, it will produce a fragrant fermented taste, and Aspergillus may occur frequently. The percentage of pathogenic bacteria is less than 5%, and the granularity and water resistance are good. The soil is soft and the inorganic nutrients are easily decomposed. The increase of amino acids, sugars, vitamins and other physiologically active substances in the soil can promote the growth and development of crops, and there is little occurrence of gas in paddy fields.
(4) Synthetic Soil In this type of soil, synthetic microorganisms such as photosynthetic bacteria, algae, and nitrogen-fixing bacteria predominate, the water content is relatively stable, and only a small amount of organic matter can be used to fertilize the soil. The occupancy rate of pathogenic bacteria is low and there is less occurrence of gas in paddy fields. Fermentation type and synthetic type are ideal soils.
