Nutritious origin fruit
Ome (commonly known as "sour plum") is a result of the perennial deciduous tree of the genus Rosaceae. Ome is native to China and China is the world's major producer of green plum. Downstream product development is imminent
In fact, China has not actually formed a downstream product development chain for the plum, unlike Japan and South Korea and other East Asian neighboring countries that have long had the habit of consuming green plum products. In addition, Japan and South Korea have formed green plum health food market after the 1990s. In China, fresh green plums are not used as raw materials for making candied fruit but are used for other purposes. It is understood that the best-selling green plum health care products on the international market mainly include young plum vinegar, green plum juice, green plum powder, green plum flakes (a type of candy for tablets) and other similar products. The United States and other developed countries have the best sales of green vinegar because it has a cosmetic effect. In Japan and South Korea, sales of plum juice beverages and traditional “sour plum broth” and other plum beverages are well sold, and plum wine sales are followed. In Japan, people used to have the habit of eating salted green plums. Young Japanese people no longer have this custom.

Although these attempts initially solved the problem of unsalable sales of some fresh green plums, they still did not embarrass the “food products” in the deep development of green plum health products.
