This phenomenon occurs in the entire machine (all monomers) insufficient broadcast or completely missed broadcast.
If the speed of the main engine (the tractor) decreases, or the power output shaft fails, the fan speed decreases and the airflow is insufficient.
The drive system, such as the triangular drive belt, old, serious friction, elongation, loose strings, etc., cause the fan speed to drop.
The rows of seed trays are deformed, rusted, or deformed due to improper storage or installation, so that the seed trays are not tightly contacted with the seed chambers, resulting in air leakage, and some or all of the seeds are not adsorbed.
Seed cleaning is not good, mixed with debris, will block the eyes of the seed plate blocked, resulting in leakage sowing.
The wrong type of seed tray was selected, the hole (or hole) was too small, the airflow suction was too small, and the seeds could not be absorbed or the amount of suction was too small to cause missing broadcast or insufficient broadcast.
2, troubleshooting methods
When the monitoring personnel or the monitor sends a missed broadcast signal, stop the flame immediately and place the seeder on the floor (hanging type) to check the reason. If the connector is not firmly connected, it can be fastened again; if there is a small hole or crack, it can be patched with tape. If the hole is too large or the crack is too long, replace the new one. If there is a large delamination resistance on the inner wall of the gas pipe, replace the new one. It will automatically change back and adjust the depth of adjustment; after the weakening of the tension spring, the amount of earth covering will decrease and the depth of sowing will also become shallower.
2. Methods of prevention and elimination

If the lead screw and adjustment nut are worn badly, replace the new nut with a double nut to prevent back-buckling.
