Grape black spot disease

Grape black pox disease, also known as shrinking disease, common name "bird eyes", "black spots", is an important grape disease.

Symptoms: After the victim's injury, a large brown dot of the needle occurs at the beginning of the victim's injury, and then develops a round lesion with a tan diameter of 1-4 mm, and the middle part becomes gray. Finally, the diseased tissue is dry and hardened and falls into a perforation. The young leaves are often distorted after being victimized and shrunk to deformity. The fruit is not susceptible to the disease after being stained. In the early stage of greenery, brown round spots were produced. The middle spots of the round spots were gray and white, slightly concave, and the edges were reddish-brown or purple in shape like "bird eyes." Multiple small lesions combined to form large spots; later lesions hardened or cracked. What are the symptoms? Sour taste, no food value.

New shoots, petioles, fruit handles, tendrils. After the initial disease, a round, brownish brown dot develops, which then turns grayish black. The central depression becomes a dry, cracked, ulcerous spot with severe onset of dryness or death.

The characteristics of the disease? Mycelia with mycelium in the orchard residual disease in the overwintering, the results of the mother and tendrils on the tendrils. Conidia are produced when environmental conditions are appropriate for the following year. Conidia spread by wind and rain, the initial victim is new shoots and young leaves, after the infection of fruit, tendrils and so on. The invasive period after spore invasion is 6-12 days. The disease usually starts after the temperature rises from late May to early June, and the onset of the disease occurs from mid-June to early July and the disease ceases to develop after October. From the grape growth period, the disease occurred in the flower buds.

Grape disease resistance increases with the maturity of the tissue. Such as young leaves, young fruit, tender shoots, etc., the most susceptible to Bo? Stop growing leaves and colored fruits increased resistance to disease, partial nitrogen fertilizer, new shoot growth is not full, strong growth of autumn shoots plant and orchard soil viscosity, High groundwater level, high humidity, poor ventilation and light transmission are all more serious.

Control methods
1, seedling disinfection. Grape black pox disease spreads mainly through seedlings. Therefore, strict inspection of seedlings and cuttings must be conducted, and seedlings suspected of being infected with bacteria must be disinfected.
2, do a good job orchard health, pruning, remove diseased leaves, diseased fruit and disease vines.
3, spray protection. Before the germination, spray 3-5 Baume of lime sulfur, or 1 Baume of lime sulfur plus 0.3%-0.5% of sodium pentachlorophenol. In the grape growing period, from the start of the leaf to the fruit 1/3 mature, spraying once every 15-20 days, the agent can be used 50% carbendazim WP 1000 times, 80% dexamethasone WP 600 Double the liquid, or use 75% chlorothalonil 750 times. 40% DuPont "Fuxing" 7500 times or myclobutanil, Subaoli, mildewen, etc. were used for treatment. Alternating two or three times, the effect was significant.

The petri dish(Disposable Petri Dish), culture plate and elisa plate, all of them are made of high quality PS material. They are used for fungus, bacteria and other microorganism culture. The detachable Elisa plate is designed specially for ELISA. the whole strip is smooth and transparent without weld line on the bottom and the detachable plate, from 96well to 1 well can be randomly selected, greatly improving the flexibility of diagnosis and test.
