Third, rotary shaft oil leakage involves components like the starter’s shift lever shaft, clutch handle shaft, and the engine’s relief valve shaft. Causes and solutions: If the shaft and hole are worn, remove the seal ring groove from the starter's gear box shaft and clutch handle shaft using a lathe, then install a seal apron of the correct size. If the apron has aged and failed due to decompression, replace it with a new one.
Fourth, plug oil leakage occurs in oil plugs, including plug screws and their installation process. Causes and solutions: If the oil plug screw is damaged or substandard, replace it with a new one. If the screw thread is damaged, increase the hole size and fit a new oil plug. If the tapered plug is worn, change it to a flat plug after tapping, and reuse the pad.
Fifth, plane leakage occurs at flat surfaces sealed with paper, asbestos, or cork gaskets. Causes and solutions: If the contact surface is uneven or has grooves or burrs, file, sand, or stone it to make it smooth. Large parts can be machined with a machine tool. If the gasket is improperly installed, contaminated, or damaged, use qualified gaskets and ensure they are cleaned and placed properly. If the bolts are loose, tighten them evenly.
