Spring mushrooms management techniques

Spring is the peak period of mushroom mushrooming. Anyang County Bureau of Agriculture organizes technical personnel to carry out technical training. For the management of mushrooms in the spring, Mushroom farmers should do the following:

First, spray management depends on the day

When the stems of the fungus were slightly dry on the sunny day, they were sprayed with water. Usually after the mushrooms were harvested in the morning, they were sprayed with water on the surface of the fungus tube, and the film was covered after 30 minutes. Note that the rainy days do not spray, do not spray before harvesting, bacteria wet not spray.

Second, mushroom bed cover film to be flexible

Mushrooms are used to remove the membranes every day for ventilation and post-harvest capping. When the temperature is higher than 20°C, the two ends of the film are uncovered, and the weather is full and the rainy days are fully revealed. When the fungus tube is immersed in water and returned to the mushroom bed, it should be covered with cold film for 3 days in order to withstand cold or cold currents. When the temperature is higher than 25°C, the membrane is ventilated twice or three times a day.

Third, dry and wet alternate to moderate

After each harvest of a tidal mushroom, the membrane was ventilated for 8 to 10 hours, sprayed on sunny days, and covered with thin membranes during the day to rejuvenate the mycelium. Ventilation for 1 hour after 12 o'clock in the evening prompted mushroom buds to occur for 3 to 4 consecutive days.

Fourth, hyphae clean up in time

After each harvest of a tidal mushroom, a small knife was used to remove the moldy part of the tube, and the fungus tube was placed on the mushroom bed, allowed to ventilate, and dried slightly to cover the membrane.
