The nutritional value of plum

Plum, Latin name Prunus, is the fruit of the plum tree of Rosaceae. In most parts of China, it is mature and matures from July to August. It is full-round, exquisitely carved, beautiful in shape, and sweet in taste. It is one of the favorite traditional fruits. It can be eaten fresh, it can be made into canned, preserved fruit and eaten throughout the year.

The fruit contains gibberellin A/32 (gibberellin A/32). It also contains carotenoid pigments such as β-carcotene, cryptoxanthin, lutein, violaxanthin and neoxanthin, and contains vitamin A.
