The third is to comprehensively check the wear parts on the harvester. For example, the movable blade and fixed blade on the cutting table, the auger telescopic rod sleeve, and the roller nail teeth. If excessive wear, deformation or damage is found, it should be repaired or replaced.
The fourth is to add grease to the rotating bearings on each part. For friction parts such as cutters, clutch claws, auger extension rods, adjustment bolts, etc., apply oil or butter to prevent corrosion, wear off the paint or Rusty exposed parts are to be rusted and repainted.
The fifth is to use wood to lift the harvester off the ground, lower the header and reel to the lowest position, and place it on the wood stably, so that the lifting handle of the hydraulic lifting system can be placed on the lowered position.
Sixth, remove the battery and store it separately. There are two ways to save: 1 charging water injection method. After the battery is fully charged, pour out the electrolyte, change to distilled water, park for 6 hours, recharge for 4 hours, replace distilled water and then charge for 2 hours, then pour off distilled water, and then fill with fresh distilled water to store it for a long period of time. Pay attention to insulation and frost protection. 2 dry storage method. Fully discharge the battery, pour out the electrolyte and rinse it with distilled water several times, until the water is not acidic, then pour the distilled water, dry, tighten the hole cover, seal the vent hole, and then it can be stored for a long time.
Seventh, the main electrical devices such as generators and headlamps shall be removed and wiped clean, and shall be kept separately to prevent damage.
The eighth is to open the engine water tank, body, etc. to open the water switch, put clean water; release the fuel in the fuel tank; with plastic cloth to air filter, exhaust pipe, fuel tank filler port and other parts wrapped; into the cylinder Amount of clean oil, and turn the crankshaft a few times.
