Incomplete ejaculation of boar affects the lifespan of boars

After the boar finishes ejaculating, it is returned to the sperm collection room. This is just one example of what can happen during the process. The key point here is not that the boar actually had two separate ejaculations in a short time. Rather, this situation typically results from an incomplete extraction. In reality, a boar’s natural ejaculation process involves several stages. It begins with the release of a clear, non-pregnant fluid and a small amount of jelly, followed by a more concentrated semen. Over time, the semen becomes progressively darker, and after 1–3 cycles, the final discharge is usually a clear, impure liquid mixed with a large amount of jelly. Because some boars take longer to fully ejaculate, and because the last few discharges contain little to no viable sperm, many technicians may lose patience and stop the collection early. Normally, the boar's glans will naturally stop ejaculating when there's no external pressure. For instance, if a boar suddenly returns to the collection room, it might be due to residual sexual stimulation, but the actual sperm collected at that point is just a continuation of the previous ejaculation. The second "ejaculation" is often just a clear fluid without any sperm. Successful ejaculation in boars is a sign of strong sexual reflexes, while incomplete ejaculation can weaken these reflexes over time. Many breeders have noticed that boars used for frequent sperm collection tend to become harder to work with over time, and their sperm quality declines. This decline is not necessarily caused by incomplete extraction, but rather by the repeated interruption of the natural process. Therefore, even if the final discharge appears to be just fluid and jelly, it’s important to allow the boar to complete the entire ejaculation. At the end of the process, the boar often looks around, as if searching for the next sow. This behavior usually occurs after a large amount of jelly has been released. If the glans is slightly relaxed at this moment, it will soften quickly. However, if the glans remains firm, it indicates that the ejaculation is not yet complete. In such cases, the technician should continue to maintain gentle pressure on the glans until the boar has fully finished. This ensures that the boar completes its natural cycle, which helps maintain healthy reproductive function and better sperm quality in the long run.

Amino Acid

Amino acid are organic acids containing amino groups, which are the basic units of proteins. There are more than 20 kinds of amino acids that constitute proteins, which are often divided into essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids according to their nutritional needs for pigs and chickens. In pigs, chickens can not be synthesized, or can be synthesized, but the speed and quantity of synthesis can not meet its normal growth needs, so must be supplied by the outside world of amino acids, called essential amino acids. So far, the essential amino acids that have been widely used in the breeding industry are methionine and lysine

Efficacy and function of amino acid for Poultry and veterinary use:

First, Feed Amino Acid improve immunity

Amino acids are important nutrients in animals, which can improve the immunity of animals

Second, promote growth and development

Amino acids also have a positive effect on the growth and development of domesticated animals

Third, improve the efficiency of breeding

There is a certain relationship between animal amino acid intake and feed conversion rate. Reasonable strengthening of amino acid supply can improve feed utilization rate, reduce pollutant discharge and improve aquaculture efficiency
