Precautions when using a water distiller

Precautions for distilled water (1) If conditions permit, the water source should be replaced with deionized water without tap water.

(2) When replacing the electric heating tube, the gasket at the water receiving place must be lined to ensure that the seal does not leak water, otherwise the water droplets attached to the head of the electric heating tube may cause the insulator to be broken down. The connection between the wire and the bolt of the electric heating pipe should be compacted. Otherwise, the contact resistance may be excessively heated, and the electric spark may be burned to burn the head of the electric heating pipe.

(3) The outer casing shall be well grounded to avoid danger.

(4) Regularly remove the scale on the inner wall of the evaporation pot, the surface of the electric heating tube, the inner wall of the condenser, the surface of the condenser tube and the outlet pipe of the condenser to avoid affecting the condensation effect, reduce the thermal efficiency and block the pipeline, and reduce the service life.

Cold and heat exchange of steam is currently the only reliable method for extracting high quality distilled water. Steam is produced by heating distilled water and condensed into distilled water, which is suitable for use in pharmaceuticals, preparations, laboratories, laboratories, etc.

(5) After adding enough water in the pot, it can be energized and heated. The water source should not be interrupted during the working process. The liquid level should always be maintained at the water level line. If there is no water in the pot or the amount of water is small, the electric heating tube will burn out.

(6) Wash the inside of the pot once before each use, drain the water and replace it with new water. Be careful not to damage the tin layer on the surface.
