Therefore, besides the non-critical components such as the frame, the casing and the feeding table, the damage can be repaired by welding. Replacement repairs are used.

2. When changing the pattern, all the sets should be replaced. It is not possible to change only a few roots or to mix the new and old patterns. The new and old nails and rods must not be mixed and mixed so as to avoid serious imbalance of the rollers, increased vibration and import and export. The phenomenon of threshing, cracking, etc. caused by inconsistent gaps.

3. When the hex head wear of the pattern bolt exceeds 1/3 of the original, and the thickness of the head is less than 6 mm, even if it is not broken, it should be replaced with a new one. Pattern bolts shall be bolted with "T" marks on the head. The bolts shall not be cut, cut, or replaced by other ordinary bolts to prevent them from being "blown" by insufficient strength. Torque bolts and nail nuts should be tightened according to the specified torque. In order to prevent the loosening of the profile bolt and the rack nut, each bolt should be fitted with an arc-shaped curled rim washer or a safety disc lock.

4. The threshing parts such as pattern bars, spokes, spikes, and rod teeth are not allowed to be welded after they have been broken or damaged. New parts should be replaced to ensure safe operation. When installing poles and spokes, the same quality of poles and spokes should be installed in a symmetrical position; the mass difference between single poles and spokes should not exceed 25 g; the teeth on the adjacent two poles should be rotated toward each other. Staggered with each other, ie, one is left-handed, and the other one is right-handed; the small head (bevel) should be oriented towards the feeding direction to enhance the rubbing action of the grain.

5. After the thresher roller has been repaired and installed, a static balance test shall be conducted. The test shall be conducted on the thresher test bench, and the roller shall be pre-marked until the mark can stop at any position to meet the requirements. No roller test bench can also be used on the thresher.

6. The spokes and drum shafts are damaged or cracked. Replace them with new ones and do not weld them. Roller shafts shall be made of 45 gauge steel by temper treatment and must not be replaced with other materials.

7. The damage to the grid plate should be repaired or replaced in time. The damaged shell must be repaired or replaced with a thin steel plate of 1 mm to 1.2 mm thickness. The wind deflector at the feeding port should be curved. The distance between the lower edge and the pattern should be 5 mm. If the wind deflector is deformed, it should be repaired.

8. After installation of the bar-type threshing cylinder, the outlet clearance should be consistent in the full-length range; when the outlet clearance is adjusted to 2 mm, the partial gap should not be greater than 3.5 mm (acceptable import and export clearances according to crop varieties, general import and export The ratio of the gap is 4:1).

9. After the feed station has been repaired, its length must not be less than 800 mm and it should be firmly attached to the upper guard plate on the frame.
