The intelligent acid-base flowmeter consists of two parts: the sensor and the converter. It is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow of conductive liquid with conductivity greater than 5μS/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow of conductive media.
The intelligent acid-base flowmeter is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of a strong liquid and solid two-phase suspension liquid such as strong acid and alkali, and a uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspension liquid such as mud, slurry and pulp. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, paper, environmental protection, food and other industrial sectors and municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields of flow measurement.
When measuring the flow rate, the conductive liquid flows at a velocity perpendicular to the magnetic field directly higher than the flow side. The flow of the conductive liquid induces a voltage proportional to the average flow velocity, and the induced voltage is directly contacted with the liquid through two or more. The electrodes are detected and sent to the converter via a cable for intelligent processing, then the LED is displayed or converted to a standard signal 4-20mA and 0-1KHz output.
