After the dehumidification of fresh mushrooms, when using large packaging moisture content must be 70% - 80%, the use of small packaging moisture content can be 80% - 90%. Second, the fresh water that meets the standard of storage is put into a plastic basket and moved into a cold stock of 1--4 degrees Celsius. Before departure, grading, shearing, weighing, and returning to cold storage for two hours, can be packaged according to customer's requirements according to size and size. Third, the packaging mushroom cap diameter of 6 cm or more for the L-class, more than 5 cm in diameter for the M-class, more than 4 cm in diameter for the S-class. Transparent non-toxic film bags are used for large packaging. After the fresh mushrooms are installed, they are airtightly sealed, then transferred into a heat-insulating plastic foam box, and packed in corrugated cardboard boxes. Each box has a net weight of 5 kg or 10 kg. The small package is to put fresh mushrooms on a special tray for plastic boxes. The quantity is between 4 and 8 flowers. The pleats should be upwards and the arrangement should be neat. The net weight of each box is 100 grams. Then sealed with plastic wrap, into the carton. Corrugated cartons are taped and marked with grade, weight and shipping date. Store in cold storage for shipment. Fourth, start the shipment of fresh mushrooms after they have been packed. When the temperature is lower than 15 degrees Celsius, it can be transported by ordinary cars, otherwise it must be transported by a refrigerated truck (1-3 degrees Celsius). At different temperature conditions, the time for keeping fresh mushrooms is also different. Store at 1 degree Celsius for 18 days; at 6 degrees Celsius for 14 days; at 15 degrees Celsius for 7 days, the higher the temperature, the shorter the preservation time.
